Your prices are quite high. Sort of bait and switch with “3 rooms for $99” offer, but with additional add-ons, my total bill was over $800. You came highly recommended by someone who said that they have never paid over $400 for comparable areas cleaned.

Yall did a fantastic job
This was my third time using zerorez. Last time all the stains came out and ther caper looked almost new. This time, most of the stains remained. The stains were better, removable, but still parts of it stayed. I think the guy just needed to clean more thoroughly.

Bait and switch. Charged $500 for one room. Spreading the word everywhere I can.
Pricing is misleading. Different techs quote wide ranging prices for spot treatments. Some techs are not trained well and your carpet is wet for two solid days. Carpet looks fine when wet however spots appear when dry after tech has gone.
No scent and the people who come and do the work really want to do a good job.
