Very impressed with the cleaning outcome, my bathroom tile looks almost brand new and the carpets looks great as well. Very personable gentleman that serviced our home.

The tile cleaning leaves a residue/film on the floor and they actually seem dirtier than they were before they were cleaned. This happened both times our time was cleaned.

Very pleased each time. No chemical residue is wonderful as you do not use chemicals. Carpet is soft after cleaning.

The technician, Tristin, who performed the duct cleaning was very professional, personable, and thorough. Zerorez should be happy to have him as an associate..
When the technician arrived and looked at the rooms I wanted cleaned, I pointed out one area that need special attention (food spots). Trouble with the truck (not the worker's fault) made for 30-40 minutes between arrival and the beginning of the cleaning. I assume he forgot about the the area that needed extra attention. This morning, when the area finally dried, I noticed many spots were still there. I did not notice the problem yesterday because the carpet was quite wet.
Had you out twice now to clean pet stains. Paid the extra money, but still have visible stains
