I usually always have zerorez clean my one den carpet for quite a few years now,
this is the first time I am very disappointed with my results, as I have a new dog and he left a few stains(Pee) on the carpet and I did pay in advance for the stain removal and deodorizer and my price for one area was about 155.When the carpet was wet I was very pleased but the next day all the spot came back.I have no idea, why I paid for the extras.Needless to say I am very disappointed and I will try another company going forward

Very friendly technician. However, the carpet doesn't look like it's been cleaned. The last time we had zerorez come out, the carpet looked amazing. This time it just looks like it's been vacuumed.

After Zerorez cleaned the carpets in our new home, my kids’ headaches went away and so did my constant heart palpitations and shortness of breath. I had no idea getting the carpet cleaned would take care of our medical issues! There is no telling what kind of allergens and chemicals live down there. I’m so thankful that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals and that they schedule us quickly, make sure they meet all our expectations, and interact professionally.

When I got home from work the carpet was mostly dry but it was pretty stiff and crunchy rather than being clean and soft? Also, I booked online and was supposed to have received the back to school special. I booked the service call but my husband was home when the serviceman came and didn't really know what the bill should have been. I was not given the back to school special price so I was overcharged.

Disappointing experience.

I was notified that someone was on the way and would be there shortly. The young man was on time . . . introduced himself . . . very polite and informative.

Did a great job and will definitely use Zerorez again.

I almost hate to say too many good things about a service because as soon as I do and recommend someone to a friend it goes south. But in this case I will brag on you. Terry did an excellent job and as all the guys before was very personable and efficient. I have recommended ya'll many times. Keep up the good work!!!

When the first cleaning dried there was no difference in the appearance of the carpet. The traffic stains remained virtually the same.
After second (return) cleaning it was obvious that the stains would come out with a little more effort, however the now much lighter brush marks stood out from the remaining stains around them. It almost looks worse because of the random swatches of clean and dirty carpet. I wish I could post the photos.The technician was professional and courteous but perhaps one with more experience or a better eye for cleaning could make things right.

This was my first time to use Zerorez, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the job. My service provider, Evan, was prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable about how best to clean my carpets, especially the various pet stains.

It was also a nice bonus that my bathroom tile was cleaned as well. It looks great!

The guy that came was professional and fast

The scheduling process was easy. The texting to keep me up to date was easy. The text when he was on the way was easy. The carpet cleaning was well done and done quickly and the prices were about the same as everyone else's. It's only been one day but am optimistic that the stains won't come back because of the top-notch equipment that was used. My only complaint was that I couldn't understand hardly anything on the voice mail when the person at the office called me. Speak plainly and slow down!

Great experience all around

This was our first time with Zerorez. We are extremely disappointed in how are carpet looks, it is literally the same as before the treatment...with one exception. There is now a “mystery stain” that was not present before Saturday. We think it may be where the cleaning equipment laid before being put away. All we know is it wasn’t there before, and it took longer to dry. It is right in plain sight where the living room and foyer meet. Not exactly the first thing I prefer people to notice when coming to our home. I would appreciate the opportunity to show you our carpet, it would be quite easy to show you where not all the new stain is, but also how it isn’t cleaner period. This was nothing for us but a major inconvenience and a waste of $150.00, not to mention an extra stain we didn’t want. I got my carpet cleaned on Saturday and the young man that cleaned my carpet was so nice and so respectful. He really wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the service that he did. I was pleased. He could only do so much.

I like that the carpets smell better even though I have 3 cats. And the cleaning doesn't hurt my pets.

I made a bad assumption. Why charge me a carpet cleaning fee when you didn't clean the carpet AND the rug underneath. This is not the tech's fault. He was amazing. I'll rethink what is cleaned next time.

It works well. My carpet is clean. The tech missed some spots because he was rushing. He came really late and it was a Friday night so he was probably trying to hurry up and get off work. Next time I will be the first appointment.
