Kenneth very polite and was mindful of my home and furniture when working...he explained when answering my questions. Did not linger and got right on his job and left no mess when done. Results satisfactory given older carpet And a couple persistent cat stains that look a little better than before the cleaning. He offered the extra solution but too much money on fixed senior income...
I've used Zerorez for at least 7-8 years. Always received good results for the most part. Carpets cleaned and no ordor. It depends upon the technician. Tyler was the technician this time and did an excellent job. Polite, professional, explained the process and took his time. Others should follow in his footsteps.

I like the ease of making an appointment and each technician has been very professional, polite and thorough. I have used Zerorez for years and have always been very satisfied with the results. Yesterday my technician was Raymond and he was excellent.

Very professional and timely service. I even opted to get all my tile cleaned and it looked great. Its amazing how much crud was taken out of them making them look like the tiles and the grout were new. I am completely pleased. I will continue to get my house cleaned by Zerorez. The gentleman that provided the service was punctual, helpful, and made sure the carpet areas that needed extra help received the proper treatment. Thank you.

In the past, your teams have done a great job. This time stains are reappearing within 3 days of cleaning. That is not my expectation from your company given your past excellent performance; hence, I gave the service a 5 out of 10
When I signed up for the air duct cleaning I was told it was 350.00 for one unit which it what I have. I was told that if they come out even if I decided not to complete the service there would be a 100.00+ fee for the service call. I asked if they would try to sell me new vents or something that would cause me not to want the service. I was told no. So I scheduled it. They get there and yes it was 350.00 to clean all vents for one unit but what they failed to tell me is that unless I paid 300.00 for an additional service all the bacteria and mold they cleaned would come back in as little as a few weeks maybe a month or two, but basically unless I spend the extra 300.00 my 350.00 would be in vain. Why would you advertise 350.00 when that amount will do you no good and you knew that, which is why you warned me I would be charged a service fee if i decided against. I feel this was very deceptive. I am not even sure if what I was told was true, but at that point you pay over 100.00 for nothing or with tax over 700.00 to accomplish what they made you believe 350.00 would accomplish. I am very disappointed in the deceptive practices. I was not overly impressed with the results either. Considering reporting this incident to BBB to keep others from getting into the same situation. I had my carpets cleaned before and was very impressed but this was not right.
The customer service was great. Jeremy was very friendly, worked hard and the carpets and tile look great!
