I had a sales rep at our home approx 8 days ago. Now I won't have a worker to measure until next Wednesday. Then they have to be ordered and appt made for installation. Granted I told the salesperson I wasn't in a big hurry but this will take longer than I expected. I did question our salesman 3 day blinds? I guess u pay a lot extra for that
Then I found a coupon for the buy one get one 50 percent off. This was after my appt. it states u have to use it at time of appt. I spent almost 700 for two windows. I would have appreciated it if my salesman would have mentioned this
So I guess u could say I'm not very happy with 3-day blinds but live and learn.

Good customer service and my carpet always looks great after it’s cleaned. My technician, Raymond Trevino, does an amazing job. He’s very dependable and always arrives on time.
Still haven’t received a refund I was promised!
The men were very professional and did a very good job. The carpet was not soak and wet like previously.
Carpets are left with a natural pleasant odor and no soap residue. Cost was reasonable and all
stained were removed. This is my 5th year to use this great service.

The service this time and the last time were not up to the standards set by the previous work by Zerorez technicians. I will have to decide whether to give them another chance. The technician was delightful and seemed professional however there were several areas where I was not completely satisfied with the work performed.

I like the fact that no chemicals are used and the carpet is just as clean as, if not cleaner than, traditional methods.

Great job. Carpet looks new, and service was excellent.
It costs me too much money to get my furniture moved for you to do the work. He only cleaned one room. it is large but not equivalent to three rooms that i was charged. he said that is what i signed up for.

We were not entirely pleased with the work done on the tile floors. There is some kind of residue over the floor we have to clean ourselves. It is not easy to remove it. There are also splash marks on the kitchen furniture as well. It is very disappointin to be left with the mess. We were very pleased with the work done on the carpets. We will most likely to use your service on the carpets again. I do want to say that the technician, Charles, was very professional and personable. We were very happy with him.

Several stains are in the carpet and the stairs still reek of pee. The technician was kind and friendly but seemed to me to have rushed and did not do a good job. To make things right, you can clean the carpet for free next time and/or offer to send someone else to review the carpet, stains, and smell still present after treatment and make it right.

The carpets already look like they did before the cleaning. It's like the carpets were wet and the dirt moved around to settle back in. I've used your services in the past and never experienced this poor quality.
