Carpets look great
I really appreciated the young man who came to clean my carpets. He was professional and paid attention to the details of protecting my house. He really knew what he was doing and explained every step he took. More than that he seemed to take pride in doing a great job. How rare is that now days? I am so pleased that I called Zerorez. My carpet is spotless. I have already told some of my friends and family to call them too. Thank you!
Rick did an awesome job and even gave me cleaning tips for my tile.

I do not understand my invoice and charges. I feel I overpaid for your services. A friend of mine (Marla Radford) who’s kitchen is about the same size as mine paid around $95 to have her tile cleaned and sealed by your company.
The tech was nice and worked hard which I appreciated. Just seems weird you can run an offer to clean 3 rooms of carpet for $99 but a kitchen, pantry, small bathroom and master bathroom is around $540. I was charged $150 just to seal these areas.
Therefore, I would not recommend your services.
No harsh chemicals

The pet smell removal. Actually removing from the pad and not flowering over it.
My second appointment was very unsuccessful. After speaking with the technician and him advising me that there would be an additional $75 charge to get rid of the pet smell that on my first appointment he told me would be gone, I requested that he not do the job and advised him that I would contact the office. I called on yesterday 9/10/19, left a message for a manager to contact me back but as of yet, I have not received a call back.
