When I scheduled my service I mentioned that I had a coupon, but then I did not receive those services (100 sq ft tile cleaning & Brazilian Steakhouse gift card). Otherwise, the service was quick, thorough, and satisfactory!

He was finished so quick and carpet really didn't look any cleaner. There was some paint from overspray on carpet and he didn't vacuum it up but we used a cloth on it with just household cleaner and it came right up. The entry to the room which was a little dirtier than the rest of room still looked dirty. I paid for 3 rooms but I only had 2 rooms to clean. I had my other house's carpets cleaned and that was a good job. Very underwhelmed and will have to have another carpet cleaning service clean it.

Way too expensive. I’m a single parent and can not afford $275 for carpet cleaning.
The guy that came out was so nice and helpful! However, after the carpet dried, there were two still very noticeable spots in two rooms. We were a little apprehensive about spending so much money to have the rug cleaned ($177), so the guy offered to do a spot on the rug to make sure it "worked"...he went ahead and cleaned the rug, however the stains are still there.
The service was great. However I have not the received the Hawaiian Falls tickets that were part of the summer deal. Please advise how I can receive theses tickets.
The technician was very friendly, but I feel that he overcharged. Even though I was the one that entered the amount of rooms and hallways, I thought that I should select the categories and probably be adjusted down (my upstairs "hallway" is more like just a landing...6 feet long). Also, the stairs were left soaking wet (it took almost 24 hours for them to completely dry) and they look worse than before they were cleaned. At a cost of $345, I expected more...I have had my entire home cleaned for $125 in the past. The only reason I tried your company is because of the on-air personalities from KLTY advertising.
The technician was prompt and courteous. The area rugs are nicely clean and soft.

I needed pet stain removal and paid the additional $60 per room for the technician recommended treatment. All stains are still visible. This was for an apartment move out. I paid $312 for carpet cleaning with tech assurance that it would remove the pet stains. I apparently received a basic carpet cleaning which appears it had nothing used to actually treat the pet stains. I am demanding a tech come out ASAP on Tuesday to treat this again for free or you provide a full refund. I used your service based on a personal referral from another pet owner. The tech did not use a black light and was done in under 45 minutes. If this is your advanced pet stain treatment then it is a joke. I have to turn in the keys by 5pm Tuesday. Please follow up Tuesday morning. Phone number removed.

The whole process seem to be so good at cleaning and then the brushing of the carpet after they were through with the wet portion of the cleaning I am so pleased with the looks of my carpet oh, it looks so clean. And the two young man who did the process were very professional and nice I will definitely use Zerorez again
