A very pleasant friendly young man came to our door at precisely the time he said he would arrive. Introduced himself and proceeded to explained the process he would go through to clean our floors. We explained that all the area was not available for cleaning and we would call for completion another time. We showed areas to clean and he explained approximate time it would take and got to work.
When he was finished he explained the drying time, gave us both a pair of footies and asked if there were any other questions or anything else he could do for us.
He presented the bill for less than was quoted and explained, because part of carpet was unavailable for cleaning.
We said our goodbyes out side and he left.
We donned our footies and proceeded inside. The carpet looked pristine. There were NO CHEMICAL SMELLS at all, only very clean bright carpet.
We are so pleased with Dionte's work and thankful that we called ZEROREZ!!

I was highly amazed at how my carpet turned out to look almost brand new. I had old spots, new spots and stains that I thought were occupants in my home, but Zerorez Zeroed them out to a highly satisfactory level. Just a side note the carpet dried about half the time than normal cleans. THANKS SO MUCH ZEROREZ!

Great guys! They raked my carpets with a machine I had never seen before, before they cleaned the carpets - it made all the difference in the cleanliness of my carpets.
We hired Zero Rez to do our carpets , break room, bathrooms and laundry/linen area. They arrived promptly and did a fantastic job on our commercial carpet. Being in the massage industry, the areas take a beating with massage oil, lotion, etc.
We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them highly!
