Tell people about the 10 fee before you get to their house.
My carpet still has damp spots, yet it was supposed to be dry in 4 to 6 hours.
Tech should have had a clean encapsulation brush machine. Bringing a dirty one in is gross. I made a comment about it and he brushed off my statement like it's not a big deal. You could see balls of hair/carpet fibers all balled up in between the brushes before he even started using it.

It doesn't take days for my carpet to dry and it smells clean. I liked my technician that did the cleaning of my carpets! Very professional too.

Explanations of what the technician could and couldn’t do was great. Only negative was the price for the best stain/odor remover. I was pleased with my final results and will see if the stains reappear.

Nothing really. It is fine, a lot of the pet stains are still there, but they had been there awhile so probably won't go away. Thanks for your time.

It is only water so I do not end up with a sticky residue that attracts dirt. My technician Dylan did an excellent job! I am always able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion.
