loved the vent cleaning and was very surprised as how dirty they were and clean they are now. The professionalism and honesty of our technician was great and would highly recommend and use again.
My tile and carpet never looked so good! The Zerorez process is amazing! Anthony, the technician came out to fix a problem with my tile. He did a great job removing the residue from the tile, plus he cleaned 4 rooms of carpeting. He is a hard working young man who is a real asset to Zerorez.

You guys are awesome! Evan was a complete professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to do his very best cleaning the carpets in our new home. He explained to me about all the services and helped me pick out the best options. He was extra careful as he maneuvered through the home, making sure not to damage any walls, flooring or furniture with all his equipment. You are truly fortunate to have such an experienced and friendly technician with advanced customer service skills!

I am real estate broker with my own brokerage in Dallas - Power Team Texas Realty. I have recommended Zero Rez to all my buyers and sellers for years. If Zero Rez doesn’t get the carpets cleaned, spots/spills, and stains up then it’s time to get new carpet!
Great job, Great system scheduling, on time and the carpets turned out fabulous!
Had minor spots in carpet that could not be removed. Dirt marks between closet and room still visible after cleaning. Disappointed it is one set price for a room and closet regardless of the size of the room! Really a rip off! Cost for amount cleaned. Will use a different cleaning company in the future.
The young gentleman that cleaned my carpets was not only professional but had character and a great attitude. Will recommend this company in there cleaning of all stain removal 100%

I was overcharged for a promotional service, but did not notice it until I received the invoice by email. I contacted Customer Service and was told a refund would be processed immediately (which it was), but later learned that it would take a week before it could be approved and even longer before I see it reflected in my account.
I have concerns about doing business with a company (in this digital age) that can charge a customer's credit card almost immediately via a cell phone, but requires weeks to apply a credit when overcharged.
Very reasonable pricing and was able to remove spots that we did not feel would be able to be removed.
Everyone was so courteous and friendly and very responsive to our time line
Overall the tile/grout looks good, but there were a lot of spots missed in the tile that I had to go back over and fix.

Evin was professional, on time, and has done a great job of cleaning our carpets and put block under furniture for easier drying process. We will be using Zerores and Evin again in future.
