I made a bad assumption. Why charge me a carpet cleaning fee when you didn't clean the carpet AND the rug underneath. This is not the tech's fault. He was amazing. I'll rethink what is cleaned next time.

It works well. My carpet is clean. The tech missed some spots because he was rushing. He came really late and it was a Friday night so he was probably trying to hurry up and get off work. Next time I will be the first appointment.

They did a good job
Evan did an awesome job. He was careful with corners and put plastic under chair legs and didn't ding my baseboards. Also, very personable. I've used Zerorez for years, but this was the best job ever because of Evan.
The tech was prompt and did a very good job. Was able to remove the stains in my office area.

Randy did a great job. He was very professional, and he took the time to explain each step of the process throughly. His desire to do a great job was very evident, as was his attention to detail. Also, with regards to the products, I was a big fan of the kid and pet safe products used. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Excellent cleaning on my areas rugs. I had not planned to do my kitchen/breakfast nook tile floor, but the tech was so accommodating at the last minute to do a sample area to show me the result of the cleaning. I added cleaning and sealing of the kitchen/breakfast nook floor on the spot and it looks like I have a new floor!!!
The tech was professional, respectful, friendly and made sure I was happy with the results of both the rug and tile floor cleaning.

CJ did a great job, he worked hard and my dining room chairs and couch look so much better. I wish there had been an attachment to do corners of the ulpholstery better, though. Not CJ's fault. It was pretty much impossible to position the suction tool in a way that could clean the corner of my couch and the ulpholstered legs of my white chairs so some parts did not get as clean as I would have liked. I am hoping the fabric protector works. It was just a spray bottle of a solution and was pretty expensive, costing $110 for 8 white dining room chairs and a white sofa. But if it works, it will be worth it. The work ethic of CJ was wonderful. He tackled those white chairs and made sure I was happy. He's an asset to the company.
