The stuff to clean the carpets smelled great and the service tech was wonderful. Such a nice man. He was so sweet to let my 12 year old son follow him around the entire time and he talked to him like he was an old friend. He never acted like he was bothered by him. What a great employee you have!

The technician didn’t come prepared. It took 1.5 hours to get extra hose delivered. The carpet did not improve, the carpet is not really bad just some light dirt spots I wanted removed. They are still there. The grout in my bathroom is inconsistent
