Do the job right the first time. You put me out having to come back and redo the bathroom floor and kitchen. The first time the workmanship was poor. the second time it improved.

I liked the service techs and the service they provided. They were on-time, and finished in a timely manner. They also answered all my questions and were super friendly and helpful. I do want to note that the carpets weren't "like new" and you could definitely see the difference between the traffic carpet areas and the areas that used to have furniture on. The tech explained that it's just the natural deterioration of the walked on areas, and I'm sure if they used some kind of strong chemical it may have looked "newer", but I definitely prefer the powered water method if it means the stains won't reappear in a few weeks like they do when I've tried the rented machines.

Anthony from Zerorez transformed carpet my wife wanted replaced and made it look new again. This is a big win.

Anthony was the best and, if possible, we would like him to come back when we schedule cleaning in the future. Which we will now do regularly.
