Had a really smelly mess my large dog made and after it was steamed and treated to kill bacteria, still has a faint smell in the room. Hoping it will completely go away. This is the second day since cleaning was done. If doesn’t go away, I will be contacting y’all again.

I would like to see if Chase can come back and work on the avacado throw up. Maybe if he uses the really good stuff, we can get it out. He did his best the first time around , and everything else is gone. He works hard, and this is a horrible place. Thank you Zerorez for having good people like Chase.
The service was reasonably priced and the technician was awesome, but I'm not sure we got a real bang for our buck. Will probably use again.

I paid a very high price for the pet clean. Nothing close to 3 rooms $99. And when he left with his little black light it looked the same as when he started.

We like your process and not having additional soap used in our carpet. You have nice and hard working personnel. Chase did a great job at our house this week. We appreciate you keeping prices reasonable where we feel we can have our carpet cleaned as needed.
