Justin was terrific and professional. Your darpet cleaning fees were fair. The cost to treat pet stains and sofa cleaning was way to high for me to recommend.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Left water all over the time, hit my door frame with a tool. The biggest thing is that today my neato ran and the filter was disgusting. There was white dog hair all in it and we don’t have any pets. Not what you would expect after getting your carpets cleaned. The employee was very friendly so I’ll be nice and give it a 4

Personnel very professional, courteous and friendly. Zerorez always eliminates all our bad spots and they don’t reappear once the carpet dries as compared to other carpet companies.
