Worker was not as thorough as the first worker you sent.

Easy to get an appointment and quote for services. Staff were knowledgeable and very respectful and personable. Couldn't ask for anything more!! They also have a good work ethic.

Very late arrival. We purposely scheduled this to allow for drying time before our kids got out of school that day. It cost me $300.00 in lost wages waiting for arrival. I had to initiate all but one phone call to foster communication.

Your products clean our carpet thoroughly and help prolong its life. A lot of it looks like new after the cleaning yesterday. Your technicians are always timely, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Fabian (sp?) was here yesterday, and he went so far as to pull apart our sectional, piece by piece, to get to the dirt and odds and ends that had collected underneath. He was not only willing, but even cheerful about it. I found him to be friendly and personable, all the while being completely professional. I was quite surprised at how quickly he was finished with everything, especially since there were quite a few pet-related stains - - more than we knew; not to mention the extra dirtiness under the sectional.

The guy who came out here was really great. I even talked to him about coming back for more Zerorez work I need done (stairs, hallway, 2 rooms and a closet) I don't blame him...

But, I noticed some stains that are still on the carpet and I am wondering if another carpet service could have gotten those stains out? I have never used a water-based service before and I am wondering if I needed something stronger, or maybe I should have tried pre-treating those stains prior to your service? Most of the carpet looks great with a few small stains.
