The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. The carpets look great, but unfortunately, you can still smell the pet urine.

My carpets are still have visible spots and it still smells like pet odor. I was told that a pet enzyme would be used to help with the pet smell.
Please fix this asap.

My carpets look better than after any previous cleaning I’ve ever paid for & RAYMOND was just wonderful! Very professional, honest, up front, patient, thorough & and all around pleasure to have in my home!!! I hope he will be training new employees as he is precisely how they should all work for to represent this company in the best possible light.
I’m sure the equipment & the Zerorez process is above reproach but people like RAYMOND are what sets y’all apart from all the others!

Tech messed up multiple walls. Very inexperienced and not worth the price.

I've used them twice. Both times I was highly satisfied. My carpet and stairs were filthy since I have son's and their friends coming in and out of the house. I highly recommended them.

We like the non-residue service. It leaves no odor from cleaning products, but removes the stale carpet smell.

Darwin did a great job and I will tell you that it made a huge difference. I had the carpets cleaned about 1 month ago and they still looked dingy. Now they look almost new!

Charles was awesome - he was polite and did the work quickly and made sure everything was picked up after. The email that you were going to be in our area was the reason we booked anything that was a GREAT marketing move. Made me remember I needed/wanted to get something scheduled and I didn't have to wait a long time to get it done.

The cleaning was O.K., but it took much longer than anticipated or told it would take for the carpets to dry (~12 hours +). But, the best part of the service was the service tech. He was excellent! He was very customer focused and informative of other services that could be provided without being pushy or over selling. He was neat and clean and has a very pleasant personality.

Professional, efficient & friendly

The cleaning of our carpet was not as good as was expected. I could have done this with my personal carpet cleaner and save $500. :(
