Don’t use Chemicals
The process
The technician did a wonderful job--he answered my many questions and results were perfect. The problem areas were cleaned to perfection and several small areas were also cleaned to perfection. He did a great job--arrived, set up, and was most professional. I'm completely satisfied and will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends. The carpets look great--I'll definitely be a Zerorez customer in the future!!!

Technician did a great job
Communication between custimer service and telephone service department is poor. They did not inform my service guy to add last minute added rug protection spray.
I've used Zerorez for the last couple of years and have been incredibly pleased with all the technicians that have cleaned my carpets. Dillion was my technician this past Friday and he was one of the best I've had. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. I have 2 dogs and he immediately knew how to treat various issues throughout my house. He definitely went the extra mile for me and I will request him back at my next service. I highly recommend Zerorez and Dillion.
The new orange peel or rather the improved orange peel chemicals are awesome.
Initially scheduled wrong date and ended up getting a different time in same day. Also the process was not outlined or described well.
I was so pleased with the job that Zerorez and Anthony did! He was timely - even ahead of schedule, with my approval. He had a great demeanor and way of dealing with me. Nice techs but very, very expensive
Your advertisements say you use no chemicals to clean the carpeting. Although I have no way of really knowing that, it appeals to me. I certainly had no chemical smell after the work was done. The carpets are very clean. Leon was great--friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job removing some stains.

We have an extraordinary experience with Zerorez. The gentleman came on time and our home looked amazing.
The professionalism of the technician was superb and the carpet looks wonderful.
The smell that was left after paying more to get the stains out was horrific. After calling the tech back all he said he could do was charge me 75.00 gallon for flashing and that I would need 10 gallons. So now I have stains, smells and paid 165.00 for them.
I had to have a redo service done on my carpet as the first time was not done correctly. I was charged for pet treatment I didnt even receive. I had to be the one to constantly call to make sure things were and are going to be handled. I do think the cost of the pet treatment is outrageous. $75 a gallon is a hit steep. the second technician got the job done, the whole experience has been very annoying.
