I had the original wool carpets cleaned about 17 years ago by Zerorez in a 1920's house. They were beautiful! After the housing bubble burst, I moved so frequently that I did not have a need to have my carpet cleaned, until recently. I was so impressed and pleased with the first Zerorez experience, I scheduled for a carpet cleaning. I was not disappointed! Dionte was punctual, professional, polite, used his booties and did a beautiful job on 20 year old carpet. I could not be more pleased and I will be asking for him again, soon, with another property that will shortly need to have the carpets cleaned. Thanks, Zerorez and Dionte!
Service was amazing and the gentleman who cleaned the carpets was extremely professional and nice. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone and everyone. The carpets have never been cleaned this well by any other service. And did I mention professional and nice?!?!

Your technicians are service-oriented, professional, and thorough. They do a great job in less time than you would think cleaning the carpets would take. And the process your company uses is the best for maintaining any carpet.

The most recent visit was to re-clean a few spots that were not cleaned property on my previous service. The gentleman did a great job of cleaning the areas in question. He was very efficient and thorough. However now the newly cleaned spots stand out as very clean while the other living room area that was cleaned 7 days prior looks very dirty.
I still contend the original service was done very poorly and it now shows to be correct. My carpet is noticeably not the same level of 'clean' due to the first service that was not done thoroughly.
I believe Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning company on the planet. Unfortunately some service techs need more training and follow up.

Mr. Ladarius Jordan did a very good job and he was very friendly - even tho we had to wait for someone to bring a part. It was an additional 20 minutes
The young man that cleaned the carpets in my apartment showed up on time and was very professional. He also had a wonderful attitude, he explained the process to me every step of the way. If I have occasion to need my carpets cleaned in the future Zerorez will be my first call . Thanks for the wonderful job.
