I'm very disappointed in the final product, and the fact that I have to take time out of my work schedule to have y'all come back out to my house again tomorrow. The basic cleaning didn't really do much of anything, and it also created an irritating smell that was not present before. The spot treatment has potentially ruined my master bedroom carpet, and left circles, dark spots and residue that is uncomfortable to walk on. I was really expecting a lot higher quality of work after hearing lots of good reviews, and I was also disappointed in the customer service experience, too. It is very frustrating to be told the results were due to my refusal to spend even more unexpected money ($100/spot treatment is ridiculous) and that basically you know that your basic cleaning isn't very effective going into the appointment. I feel that for $500, I should have fresh smelling, soft CLEAN carpet and currently I have the opposite.

The office carpets looks great, coupled with the friendly & knowledgeable technicians.
The technician was very thorough and friendly and did a great job. After he had finished, I pointed out a few small black spots that didn’t come out. He put a spot remover on them and told me to wait a couple of hours, pour hot water on them, blot the spots and vacuum. I did, and the next day I called Zerorez and said I thought the chemical had discolored my rug. The person I talked to said that she would schedule me on Saturday between 3:30 and 5:30. I stayed home even though I had errands to run, but nobody texted me or called, and no one showed up.
The guy that came spent about an hour to clean three rooms. The carpet looked better before the cleaning. There was no deodorizing smell. I went back the next day and the carpet smelled like mop water.
The service was excellent, I am very pleased.

I thought you were cleaning 3 rooms for $99 but it doesn't look like the 3rd room was cleaned? Also, I hate the upsell where the cleaner offers to do more for an additional price.
