Very professional and timely service. I even opted to get all my tile cleaned and it looked great. Its amazing how much crud was taken out of them making them look like the tiles and the grout were new. I am completely pleased. I will continue to get my house cleaned by Zerorez. The gentleman that provided the service was punctual, helpful, and made sure the carpet areas that needed extra help received the proper treatment. Thank you.

In the past, your teams have done a great job. This time stains are reappearing within 3 days of cleaning. That is not my expectation from your company given your past excellent performance; hence, I gave the service a 5 out of 10
When I signed up for the air duct cleaning I was told it was 350.00 for one unit which it what I have. I was told that if they come out even if I decided not to complete the service there would be a 100.00+ fee for the service call. I asked if they would try to sell me new vents or something that would cause me not to want the service. I was told no. So I scheduled it. They get there and yes it was 350.00 to clean all vents for one unit but what they failed to tell me is that unless I paid 300.00 for an additional service all the bacteria and mold they cleaned would come back in as little as a few weeks maybe a month or two, but basically unless I spend the extra 300.00 my 350.00 would be in vain. Why would you advertise 350.00 when that amount will do you no good and you knew that, which is why you warned me I would be charged a service fee if i decided against. I feel this was very deceptive. I am not even sure if what I was told was true, but at that point you pay over 100.00 for nothing or with tax over 700.00 to accomplish what they made you believe 350.00 would accomplish. I am very disappointed in the deceptive practices. I was not overly impressed with the results either. Considering reporting this incident to BBB to keep others from getting into the same situation. I had my carpets cleaned before and was very impressed but this was not right.

Fresh, clean, minimal chemicals, awesome technicians who are respectful of my home and take pride in their work.
Mr. Edwin who came to our house to do the steam cleaning of the carpet was very courteous, polite, meticulous and friendly. He appeared to be knowing what he was doing. We were very happy with his work. He definitely did a good job and we are very satisfied with his work. We will strongly recommend Zerorez to our friends & family without any hesitation.

Eric, did a great job. Will ask for him again next time. With a German Shepherd that comes in and out (and tracks in dirt), my carpets looked like new when he finished. Great job!!!
The technician was great. He worked hard to get the floors as clean as possible. I unfortunately had to go back over them myself once they dried and I had a better chance to see the result, as they were very streaky and not what I expected for $1325.00

Our house was built in the bid 70's, Fox & Jacobs, the cheapest thing on the market...! We have been here since 1985, and to the best of my knowledge the air ducts have never been cleaned...!
I have allergies and I listen to WRR FM Radio, I heard your advertisement, thus I called, and made the arrangements with the duct special $20 per duct...plus I wanted the ducts/vents sanitized getting rid of all pollutants...all total around $600.00...!
I emphasized to the young lady that the house is old, probably never had the ducts cleaned etc...she said not to worry, their reps could do the entire job of duct cleaning and sanitization, & with that in mind I invited my son & his wife here for the 30th, all the way from Pennsylvania to help move furniture if necessary...!
Since the appointment was made for the work, I made three (3) separate calls to ZEROREZ before the 30th to make sure you could do the work, each time I was told not to worry about it, your reps would get the job done in good fashion...the ducts/vents cleaned, and the entire system sanitized...!
I went to a hotel room away from the work and possible fumes etc...my son and wife was here in the house to cooperate with the ZEROREZ reps, move furniture or whatever...!
It wasn't long and I got a call at the hotel telling me ZEROREZ could NOT clean the duct/vents...but the would sanitize...and come back for a n/c sanitization after the ducts/vents have been cleaned...!
Now I have to hire another duct/vent cleaning company, losing the $ 20 special, rent another hotel room, and hire someone to help move furniture etc...!
Then when you come back for a n/c sanitization, I have to rent another hotel room, and hire someone to help move furniture etc...I lose all the way around...! All ya had to do was be honest with me...and tell me up front ya couldn't do the job...anything for a buck...!
Recommend ZEROREZ - not likely...!

The technicians are always courteous and professional. They always inform me of the trouble spots and do their best to restore area. Your prices are for sure reasonable and the scheduling is on point to keep me informed prior to day of the appointment.
The people arrive on time, are professional and friendly and do a great job
