Kinda made me laugh cause this place is a 1 room efficiency. I could replace the carpet and pad with a premium carpet 2 to 3 times for that price.

The cleaning job completed by Dionte T. was the best work ever! Dionte T was impeccable in his work and did an amazing job. Our carpets have never looked better. The cleaning was a bit more than we were quoted, but with the room discount it was money well spent and as the saying goes "You get what you pay for" held true in this instance. Kenneth very polite and was mindful of my home and furniture when working...he explained when answering my questions. Did not linger and got right on his job and left no mess when done. Results satisfactory given older carpet And a couple persistent cat stains that look a little better than before the cleaning. He offered the extra solution but too much money on fixed senior income...

I've used Zerorez for at least 7-8 years. Always received good results for the most part. Carpets cleaned and no ordor. It depends upon the technician. Tyler was the technician this time and did an excellent job. Polite, professional, explained the process and took his time. Others should follow in his footsteps.
