By doing a better job the first time. Using a better Scotchgard. The one that was used the first did not work. I asked the young man for a refund he referred that to the front office. No one has called back on that issue. I asked him not to re-do the Scotchgard this time . because it did not work The young man was very nice and polite snd very knowledgeable. The first person also was very nice and polite. I still would like to get a callback about the refund request.

Technician was extremely thorough, professional and friendly. The carpet and couch looked great after treatment.
There are so many carpet cleaning companies with better customer service. Although our service tech was awesome, we were most distressed by not getting our service between the hours we were promised. We had to be in Fort Worth at 5PM and during our call to book our carpet cleaning, we were told it be no problem as the times given to us were between 1-3. We were also sent an email stating we would receive notification 24-48 hours of the time frame - this did not happen. I had to call the office 3 times to firm up the time on the day of our service call. No one called me until 5 minutes before the carpet cleaner turned up which was closet to 4:30. The first call I made, I was told it would be closer to 3PM. On my final phone call, I mentioned how we would not be able to make our commitment in Fort Worth. The phone rep told me to reschedule but we had moved all our furniture out of the rooms. She also mentioned some gentleman had complained so she gave him a discount. I asked if I could get one too. She said she could only give one per day. Why mention this? The carpet cleaner threw in s "scotch guard" like sealer for the rug, but I would have preferred a more timely visit. This is NOT the first time these delays have happened with Zerorez. Maybe you shouldn't promise a time up front so your clients won't expect you will show up when you say you will. I am seriously thinking of ripping up the carpeting and completing the rest of the house with hardwood floors to avoid this again.

Young man who cleaned our carpets was very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and went right to work. He pointed out the stains that were deep in the carpet that our vacuum cleaner had not removed. I was very satisfied with the service and plan to use them again. Great job! Well done!
