This was our first experience w/ Zeroez!, and it was awesome! The technician who cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable, approachable, and diligent. He was so friendly, and did an amazing job on our carpet! We will DEFINITELY be using Zeroez again, and letting everyone we know! Our carpet is so fresh and clean! No chemical or heavy smell, AT ALL!

CJ the tech was wonderful. He was very professional and did an excellent job - our carpets looked brand new when he was done. He showed within the scheduled time and was very respectful and non-judge mental. He was fast and efficient. I had never heard of ZeroRes before and was referred by two friends who had used them. My friends were highly satisfied with the service so I decided to use ZeroRes and loved the special 3 rooms for $99.00. I have 2 cats that occasionally throw up on my carpet. The $50.00 off pet stain removal was wonderful and all my cat stains came up. I would most definitely use ZeroRes again and will recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

Some people may not mind, but I do not appreciate a "Bait and Switch" business practice. I know the Better Business Bureau doesn't subscribe to the process and neither does the State Attorney General's office of the State of Texas...
Clean closet up to the baseboards, behind furniture where possible, cardboard under chair legs / table legs as other carpet cleaning companies do

Your most recent technician did a great job! He cleaned our carpets beautifully. He also got rid of a stain that a previous tech told us he couldn't remove. That stain was right near our front door. I am so happy to have it gone.

Well on phone stated 75.00 to treat pet spots in one room that is Luke 10 by 12
Vendor after in and treated one small area about the size of football said now to treat other spots another 125.00 so service I budgeted 150.00 came out to 260.00 for a little tiny room carpet not even two years old but felt since he already started I could’ve do just one small spot
I could of replaced whole pad and carpet for that crazy pricing
