Leaves the carpet feeling clean with no sticky soap residue
On carpet stains or heavy traffic areas, other than pet stains, I assumed the tech would spoit clean and then do a general clean. In a couple of areas it doesn't appear I've had carpet cleaned at all.
All natural product, quick drying time, kind and courteous technician.

They could of done better job on tile. The majority of carpet cleaned looks really good. A couple of areas not as good. Price quoted over phone not the same as quote in person. Price much higher than we wanted to pay. Technician was very courteous and on time. We will probably use Zerorez again, but was expecting a better outcome. Guess our expectations were too high. Took carpets a lot longer to dry than we expected. All your ads say “fast drying”.

The technician that clean my carpet was very professional you did an amazing job my carpet had a lot of stains and he cleaned it beyond my expectations
We were very pleased with the person in charge of our home, he did an extraordinary job, he was very professional, by far the best. Our carpet looks amazing, my wife are so happy with the results, we have 5 children in our home and that means 5 set of foot prints all over the carpet, as one can imagine our carpet gets a lot of usage, however this young man did an excellent job. Did not send a large enough crew to perform my job. I spent 8 hours of my own time moving all the furniture.. Only 2 guys to clean carpets and strip and wax 23 exam rooms, to break rooms moving all furniture. One guy cleaned 1600 sqft in the same time the other guy was caring for 8600 feet. THe guy cleaning the smaller area left early leaving only one guy. My time is worth more than theirs I am sure.
The service was expensive comparing to the amount of work and the time it took.
The carpets stayed away to about 8 hours although the air conditioner was set at 72 and all the fans ran at high speed.

Zerorez was able to address the issues with a couple of spots in the carpet and address the traffic pattern issues. Was able to reduce the one bad spot but not eliminate it as we waited too long to address the issue. Will definitely use Zerorez again.
