Knowing that the carpets are not only clean but not offensive to our well being.
Explanations of what the technician could and couldn’t do was great. Only negative was the price for the best stain/odor remover. I was pleased with my final results and will see if the stains reappear.

It is only water so I do not end up with a sticky residue that attracts dirt. My technician Dylan did an excellent job! I am always able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion.

Technician: Triston S was not only very knowledgeable but also very thorough in completing our clothes dryer vent cleaning . Our original suspicion was that our dryer needed to be replaced . However, after his work was completed , our clothes dryer returned to normal operation. I would definitely recommend him to others as well as this company .You would be well served if you hire more technicians like him .
