Darryl Boston did an incredible job cleaning our hardwoods and furniture.
I used my black light on the carpet to look at the pet stains and he missed some and those treated are still appearing.

I know my carpet was in horrible condition, but I was willing to spend the $99 plus a $75 gallon of cleaner on it if the stains would have been lightened. I am amazed at how much brighter the carpet is, but the stains seemed to be getting lighter as they were being cleaned. So I invested $500 to treat the carpet still knowing and not expecting it to be perfect. I thought the stains would be less noticeable, however, when the carpet dried, the stains seemed to have spread out and become darker again. Also, there is now a definite straight line between a stained area and unstained area where an absorbent pad had been placed. Very strange since it was not that way before. It leads me to think more could be done to clean the carpet - especially for $500. I regret paying that much to have a carpet that basically looks just a tad better. Another few hundred and I could’ve had new carpet.
Dries quickly. Service is fine in about an hour. Technicians are friendly and on time.

We reported a small issue with the first cleaning and Zerorez sent out someone the next day. He was kind and helpful and solved the problem.
I really like the flash products and the ultraviolet light that that you use for pet stains. It really showed up exactly where I thought the stains were. The service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything in details.

I love that there are no chemicals or residue on the carpet. Our tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job.

Tell people about the 10 fee before you get to their house.
My carpet still has damp spots, yet it was supposed to be dry in 4 to 6 hours.
Tech should have had a clean encapsulation brush machine. Bringing a dirty one in is gross. I made a comment about it and he brushed off my statement like it's not a big deal. You could see balls of hair/carpet fibers all balled up in between the brushes before he even started using it.
