My home had a nice fresh smell. Most of the stains were gone. Drying time was minimal compared to other carpet cleaning.
Got out the pet stains I pointed out. When he was finished it looked great. When it was dry, it looked like totally different carpet!
James was on time, professional and explained everything thoroughly before starting! He used a black light to show us the dog’s pee stains in each room. Once he spot cleaned, he showed us that the stains were gone. Great company! Thank you! :)

Love that there is no residue left on the carpets after cleaning and that stains don’t come back a week after carpets were cleaned.
Zerorez was extremely professional and did what they said they would. The lady that scheduled my appointment found a day and time that would work for my schedule. I was told that I would receive a phone call 48 hours prior to my scheduled time and I did. I was also told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the technicians and I did. The technicians were friendly and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the cleaning process. They also took the time to inform me of additional services that were available. At no time did I feel pressured into buying any of the additional services. The carpets were completely cleaned to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I will be calling Zerorez in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

Very expensive to get two bedrooms cleaned - $390.00
I'm certain there are no residuals or chemicals in my carpet. Considering just how dirty they were, he did a marvelous job. I'm pleased with the work.
