I paid a very high price for the pet clean. Nothing close to 3 rooms $99. And when he left with his little black light it looked the same as when he started.

Provide all possible costs up front instead of moments before cleaning is to beginning. We were very surprised at the additional costs presented at the time of cleaning. It would have been better for these costs to be presented during the “free estimate” call/inquiry. The technician was very professional and thorough while cleaning.

The tech was very nice and professional but he worked very quickly. When I went upstairs to see the carpet, it really didn't look any better than before. The total bill was over 500.00 and I don't really see the value for the money I spent. I won't be using this service again. I was attracted to the fact that chemicals weren't used but I don't think it provided a quality clean. Very disappointed.

Quick and results instantly
The technician arrived on time, walked the rooms and inspected the carpet. He showed us what he had found and provided us options on how to treat the ground in spill/dirt. The carpets were cleaned in a timely manner and look great.

He also informed us about an optional protectant which we chose to add and we think that will help us to keep our carpets looking great in the future.
