Had a really smelly mess my large dog made and after it was steamed and treated to kill bacteria, still has a faint smell in the room. Hoping it will completely go away. This is the second day since cleaning was done. If doesn’t go away, I will be contacting y’all again.

I would like to see if Chase can come back and work on the avacado throw up. Maybe if he uses the really good stuff, we can get it out. He did his best the first time around , and everything else is gone. He works hard, and this is a horrible place. Thank you Zerorez for having good people like Chase.

After three experiences the technicians have always been friendly, on time, explained everything they were doing and the carpets were cleaned beautifully, Dried quickly and were left smelling fresh and clean.
