That you do not use harsh chemicals. The carpet looks and feels clean!
The technician was super friendly and accomodating. He did an awesome job on the rooms that really needed it, spent a lot more time that was planned and did the last two rooms rather quickly. There are still traffic stains visible. Overall he was superb.

The service person was great. He explained everything before hand and did an excellent job.
The technician, Stephen, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet cleaning, however, was disappointing. Most of the spots in the carpet that were the reason for the cleaning still remain. Before cleaning, Stephen walked the house and recommended an upgrade to the cleaning to address the spots, which I agreed to. However, the upgrade didn't address the issue. I contacted zerorez and a follow up appointment has been scheduled.
