The attitude of your employee was that of someone that didn't care about his work. Our house did not smell fresh at all. A story odor was left. We ended up having to spray our house with febreeze and put scents out. Very disappointed.

The zerorez representative was on time and polite. He was efficient and thorough. My carpets looked clean and had a pleasant smell. The next day after the carpet was dry, it wasn't crunchy feeling like I've had with other companies. It did take longer to dry than he said it would, but it was still a shorter time than I've had before.
Our service man Stephen was very friendly and he did a great job! He took the time to scan the house with a black light looking for specific damage. Unfortunately, he found cat urine all over the house and unbeknownst to us as we were moving across the country within the week. He took care of it all with special technology and now my carpets are extremely clean. No sign of odor or cat urine anywhere. We were happy to move in to our house with clean, urine free carpets.

The Tech Torrance did an okay job - but I was disappointed. The living room has spots still (now that the carpet has dried), and the living room smells already - like it did before the Tech came. Once the carpet dried the smell came back. I have a very small house and I only had 3 rooms done - living room, master bedroom and daughter’s room. All have heavy furniture in them so there is very little square footage that was cleaned. The total was nearly $450 for the cleaning and I expected a much better outcome. I would appreciate a call from Management to get a resolution to the spots and small. It has been 3 days since the Tech was here. Thank you. First name removed O’Brien Phone number removed.

We had our carpets cleaned a few weeks ago, prior to putting our house on the market. The crew that cleaned the carpets that time seemed to have done a better job than the crew that cleaned them on 10/19/19.

Be more exact with your window of arrival. When I made my appointment, I was given a window from 8-10. I called around 11 and they gave me a window from 12-4. It shouldn't be expected to wait ALL DAY for some rugs to be picked up. He arrived shortly after my phone call which I was glad since I had already made plans for that afternoon.
