The carpet is clean the stains are removed, and there is no toxicity to my dogs. Also, the technician is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Bait and switch on coupon fine print. Unreasonable pricing of tile cleaning. $400 for tile clean is more than an attorney makes in an hour and my tile would take 30 mins to complete by a Zerorez Carpet Genius. Thus, you make $200 bucks and cleaned stairs and a hallway + 1 small room.

Prompt and very courteous I was on the phone and in person. The technician did a great job and even was able to remove some stains we did not think you would be able to. He was extremely polite and very efficient.
