They made it fast and easy. You would think getting the carpets cleaned would be a complicated task but this company made it simple. They did an amazing job. This is the second time I have hired Zerorez to come out and it certainly will not be the last.
You have always done a good job
My carpet felt softer after the treatment. The high traffic area was definitely cleaner.

Drained holding tank into front lawn. Did not offer the incentives that were available and after I called about it I was told I could only get the gift card and not the stain proofing spray. Customer service rep was rude in her tone.

The carpet was not cleaned properly and the adhesive was not removed which was why I ordered Zerorez in the first place. I was very disappointed.
