Zerorez gets carpets cleaner and softer than any other cleaners I have tried.
I have special problems such as I live on the 12th floor and they bring a protable and still do a remarkable job.
David was good about moving a few things I forgot and it was lovely as new when they finished.

For the amount of money we paid we felt like our technician should have stayed a little longer so the large fan could have dried our tile floors. They were soaking wet when he left. We went with your company because of the claim of minimal amount of water. Also our technician was nice enough but he left our house with dings on a wall and also on some molding. We are not happy with the damage done to our molding around our bathroom door. We had all furniture and obstacles out of the way and felt we did our part to insure he was able to maneuver without damaging walls and molding.

Guy doing work was good but wish sales team explained more. Duct cleaning was not discussed on what was needed, guy had to climb in attic and we had to unpack the whole attic so work could be done. Crazy sales didn’t ask questions on where unit was. Disservice to employee doing work, didn’t have ladder for attic. Good thing I came home and didn’t have my wife here......
It does a great clean job. It is quick. They are in and out in no time. Service man was very polite!

Carpets look great, but there is some residual odor that was not present prior to the cleaning and treatments.
It was quick and easy! Our technician was very friendly. We saw a difference immediately in our carpets and they dried so quickly! We have already recommended their services to multiple friends and family members. We will absolutely be using them again.

I have used Zerorez for several years and the service and cleaning is usually very good. This time, the carpets didn't seem to be as clean as they usually are when the come out. They are still clean - but I still see spots that First name removed't look completely clean.
Top notch service from doorbell to departure.
The basic cleaning package was the best I had ever had. The extra spot removal treatment at $75 an area was ridiculous. I ended up not doing it. My technician was so nice and friendly. He was very professional and quick.
I’m not disappointed yet. My rug was picked up this week and probably won’t be back for 2-5 weeks. There is no way for me to grade you yet.

Unfortunately I chose not to use your service but the gentleman who came to my house was extremely polite and helpful. He explained in detail the work and the cost. He checked our house and measured dust in various places. This was a help to use considering we had to pay for his visit. Thank you sir, for your knowledge , kindness, and helpfulness.
