Excellent system used to clean our ducts. Showing me the video of the process was a big plus. Your technician was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to hard sell me other products. He was very friendly as well. I will definitely share my experience with other looking to have their duct-work cleaned.

When I originally placed my request there was no option to add pet treatment. When the gentleman arrived my husband let him know I wanted the pet treatment. He said he would look but basically it wasn’t an option on the site but up to your carpet tech “If he felt it needed it.”. First off this IS NOT a great policy I live her in this home and this is the second time I have been told this by an employee. I wouldn’t have made an appointment to your company if a little uv light could do a quick one over and show me pet stains. I felt like he continued to try to convince us that a little pet spay here and there would do it. I discussed it with him again. My husband did as well and still the same thing. My daughters room smells EXACTLY as it did before. Not even the slightest change. I know you guys aren’t wizards but some results would have been nice. We were also quoted $65 per chair for upholstery cleaning of kitchen chairs and I could have swore the last guy quoted $35. Extremely dissatisfied!

The driver was unfriendly and didn’t seem to want to work. He was talking about weird stuff that shouldn’t be shared with customers. Also, he came in and said “I’m not moving any furniture because I hurt my back today” - he was not even asked to move any furniture - so this was unnecessary and rude information. He left black marks all over a white door. Also, in one bedroom there is a king sized bed so very little carpet to clean. You can see the streak marks from the areas where he did clean versus the areas that he didn’t clean effectively. I understand that cleaning can possibly bring up old “stains”. This is clearly cleaned streaks versus not cleaned.
I’ve used Zerorez before, but apparently the quality of cleaner has decreased since then. He really gave off the feeling that he didn’t want to work.
