I feel that the cleaning of the dirt was somewhat of a success, but the house smells worse than it did than before the cleaning. It smells dirtier and more stale than it did previously. That is a pretty big disappointment.

We didn’t realize it would really be $2000 to thoroughly clean our carpets. When we scheduled online, we were under the impression it would be $350. We also feel misled that the 30 day guarantee doesn’t apply because we couldn’t afford to do the thorough cleaning.

Your technician was knowledgeable and did a great job for me. It was a big job and he handled it very efficiently.
The stain worked on at $75 on has a circle around it....right at the entrance to bedroom. I probably need to have someone come out and remove the circle from the cleaning agent.
It is confusing to a consumer to learn that each stain requires the $75 bucket to get the stain out. Way to expensive to go that route.....

I do like the services and the results....however, when I booked the 3 rooms for $99.00 - NO WHERE does anything tell you on line nor when I spoke with a customer service representative that there would be an additional charge for "oversized room". I believe this is deceptive. So on top of the "environmental" additional charge of $10.00 - now I was faced with "oversized" room charge of $15.00 for two rooms. The service rep did agree to only charge me for one room instead of two. I appreciate his compromising with me - BUT my frustration comes with not being told up front of this additional charge. One of the rooms that was to be an additional charge - has a pool table in it (with no floor space underneath it to be cleaned) - so essentially there was very little floor area to be cleaned. Then the living room was the other room - and I believe it to be the average size of any living room area found in an 1800 sq ft house. While referring anyone...I would be sure to warn them of unadvertised additional charges. HIDDEN FEES ARE NOT APPRECIATED.
Raymond was absolutely amazing. I was at work but my husband took care of everything. I showed up as Raymond was putting away his equipment. He was very nice and respectful. He went above and beyond what was necessary. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns.
Will definitely use Zerorez again and if possible, request Raymond. Thank you!
Zerorez is amazing! My carpet is 17 years old and I have always had two dogs. I used to clean it myself. I told the technician I did not expect miracles but he laughed and told me that he was a miracle worker. He was. My carpet has never looked or felt better. I love Zerorez!

First time using company. Ease of booking an appointment was great, as well as overall service process. Technician arrived as expected, and completed job within a reasonable time frame. He was very courteous and thorough.
I like that there’s no sticky or slimy chemical residue on the carpet after y’all leave. And I love that the spots all came up and when one reappeared someone came out to fix it free of charge!
