Hi, thanks for this. Can you actually have Dominique Finley and Steve send me the before and after pictures? They took a number of them and mentioned it would be included in our Invoice, but I did not receive any.
They both did an AMAZING job - professional, courteous, smiling, engaged, and very focused on doing their work well. I am very pleased in what they have they done - carpets, stairs, rugs, couch - everything.
I understand that Dominique has been with Zerorez for 7 years; I would greatly recommend him for a franchise spot that opens up in Southlake. I am confident he will run an excellent business and receive many similar reviews to the one I am writing here. He is an individual that will thrive with such an opportunity.

The tech that came out was very courteous. He is not the reason for my rating. I am disappointed with the results of the treatment. The main reason for hiring zerorez was to eliminate pet smells. After the treatment they are actually worse. I had waited till it had completely dried hoping it would get better but it has not. I expected better results for $750.
Two guys who worked on my carpet cleaning were personable and did a good job. They answered any questions I had and told me which stains they were able to remove and which were not.
I am a repeat customer and I will always highly recommend you guys to any of my friends and family. I love that you stand by your work. I recently had an issue with my sofa not being deodorized to my satisfaction and you guys sent Darwin back out immediately. Darwin is super cool and very knowledgeable and I will be requesting him every time that I need service.

Oh. My. GOODNESS! We have had our ancient carpet cleaned many, many times, but this is the first time in probably 10 years that I don't have an overwhelming desire to rip it out and just live with the bare concrete floors. The process you use, along with that magical motorized carpet brush, has made this disgustingly old carpet not disgusting anymore! You truly cannot tell that this carpet is over 30 years old. Thank you for helping us to be environmentally responsible citizens by reviving this flooring and keeping it out of a landfill a bit longer. It really does look like it's under 10 years old!
Ricardo was very informative and showed me exactly what he did in the process of cleaning our vents and a/c coils. He took the time needed to do the job right and discusses with me the vent covers and what we needed to do to get them clean. I am very happy with the service he did and we are already feeling a difference in the air quality in our home.

Customer service was excellent and the technician Sharod was very informative and did not pressure sell which I appreciated. My carpets looked very nice when he finished.
I realize the carpet is now 2 years old however we have had it cleaned multiple times a year by Zerorez but something about this last job failed to meet the quality we have received before. It was not the Technician fault at all but your pricing is so vague and the “quote” we received ended up being ~$90 more than I had expected
