This was the second time I had Zerorez out to clean my carpets. The work was great. The price, however, was a moving target. There was no explanation as to why the quoted price of $1,000 became $1,600 before he left. I won’t be calling you again.

Your technicians entered a room they weren't cleaning and disconnected some of my husbands equipment. Furthermore after complaining to the company your response was "the technicians said they didn't go into that room." Basically calling me, your customer a liar when we aren't asking for any sort of compensation. Then I was told "I just dont understand why a technician would go into a room they weren't cleaning." My response was "EXACTLY" there is no reason. So why would I make up a story like this? The manager has yet to respond to us.

Their tech Raymond arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He did a wonderful job of informing us what he would be doing and we were able to add a rug to the cleaning at a fair price.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

there were still some spots on my couch that could have been removed. Although the couch was very dirty its possible the tech didn't notice them as the couch was still wet once they left

There were stains that were either missed or just did not come out and should have been pre-treated better. It was not a good value for the money.
