I have some silk chairs that are practically impossible to clean. He put the extra mile in to make them look great. All areas he serviced, the carpet, rugs, recliner, window cushions, chairs looked fantastic when he was done.

My guy did a great job.
I was told on the phone when I made the appointment that the cost for cleaning the air ducts was $350. At the appointment the tech informed me that I needed extra work done. Asked me to choose on a menu of over $1,000. I told him that I didn't want the work done. Then, he informed me that I had to pay $118.00 for the cancellation. Another missed information from the part of the person who took my reservation. Didn't inform me that I would be charged if I didn't accept the proposal. You don't say that on KRLD either. I should be refunded my $118.00. This same information is going to KRLD and to the Better Business Bureau. Name removed
