I'm not satisfied with the way the high traffic areas turned out. I paid extra for the protection spray and now that my carpet is dry, it looks the same. It took a long time for the carpet to dry causing us to have to walk on them which I also think contributed to them looking back matted. I think better instruction to the customer is needed. I paid a lot of money for things to look the same.

I've used Zerorez many times over the years, and have had 90% satisfactory experiences.

This week, Paul was the representative who cleaned my carpets. He was especiallly
polite and friendlly. The rather old and very dirty carpets looked new when he was
done.

The service that Zerorez performed in our church children s class rooms was superb. Tyler made sure that we approved each room when he was finished with it before he moved on to the other rooms. We were thinking of replacing the carpet but thought we might having them cleaned. They look like new and can use the money saved to purchase carpet for other ministries.

My service tech, Joseph, was very personable, professional, and worked efficiently. He did a great job and explained the process and any potential issues along the way. The rooms that were cleaned smelled fresh & clean. This was a commercial job. I will definitely have Zerorez service my home as well.

Areas were missed out on the initial service and had to request the person to come back. Still had to supervise the person to show him areas he was leaving out. Technique is effective but technician needs training

Carpets look great. Great service and professionalism from the technician. The process was explained before service began.

Did not dry in 4 hours like told. Actually took all night with fans on. Also was charged $25 for a "walk-in-closet" that was really just a small closet about the size of the built in closets in bedrooms, but not connected to a bed.

Dillion cleaned my carpets and sofa. He was very professional and had great customer service. He explained what he was doing and why, showed me a test area he had cleaned, and offered additional services, but did not push when I declined. Great employee!

The two guys that came out to clean our carpets could not have been nicer. They were in and out within an hour. We had 4 rooms done.
