I’m not that impressed. I still have a few spots on my carpets. I don’t have pets and didn’t have any miracles to work, and so I expected that my carpets would end up looking cleaner. I paid a lot of money, a lot more than what I thought I would based on your 3-room $99 special, and since I paid a lot, I expected very good results. In addition, it’s now more than 24 hours since the cleaning and my carpets are still quite damp. I was told they would be dry in 4-6 hours.

I would be happy if I had gotten what I paid for, but I feel I did not.

My representative was very knowledgeable and very patient and polite. He was able to complete the 3 rooms in a very timely matter.

I had the original wool carpets cleaned about 17 years ago by Zerorez in a 1920's house. They were beautiful! After the housing bubble burst, I moved so frequently that I did not have a need to have my carpet cleaned, until recently. I was so impressed and pleased with the first Zerorez experience, I scheduled for a carpet cleaning. I was not disappointed! Dionte was punctual, professional, polite, used his booties and did a beautiful job on 20 year old carpet. I could not be more pleased and I will be asking for him again, soon, with another property that will shortly need to have the carpets cleaned. Thanks, Zerorez and Dionte!
