My tech was on time (actually called and asked to come 30 minutes early!! I was happy about that) he was professional, smart & Careful with my furniture went above and beyond! Explained everything. Very Happy.

Carpet looks and smells great. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use zerorez again.

I like the "no soap" clean that Zerorez does. My carpets and tile are clean, feel good and don't get dirty as quickly. Service is prompt and reminders are great.

Very knowledgeable and very through

The representative that came out was on time & very courteous and professional. He explained every step of the process, even performed a spot test to show the before & after, to allow us to make a go or no-go decision. Our carpets were clean as new after it was all done. We were so surprised by the results & will definately be using Zerorez again.

The technician was very good and did the best he could in removing some old stains. He is an asset to your company. My one thought is that the service is expensive and advertising 3 rooms for $99 and then having to add $10. more to my bill for water disposal service is irritating.

Plan options. Prompt, professional, very thorough. Carpet looks great!

We go back to the days of Venturi Carpet Cleaning! What we like best is no chemicals and nothing left on the carpets. And, of course, you get them very clean.

Professional technician performed the cleaning. Carpet cleaned thoroughly and without chemicals.
Every time we use your services we get consistent results. We are a happy customer.

The cleaning is very good. I would say great but I feel the technicians either lack training or not receiving the proper training to grow a business.

I do not give a 10 because the call center for setting appointments, etc. is terrible. I feel it is build by individuals with no feelings or understanding of customers. Hugh disconnect and lack of care. Almost enough not to use ZeroRez.
