Anthony Harris was very knowledgeable and friendly in cleaning the carpets at my house. My husband and I were so impressed at how well they looked so we had Anthony come out again to clean the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.! I will definitely be having ZeroRez come back in the future.

Our tile looks fantastic! And we had the tile and grout sealed while the tech was there. Our carpets looks and smell great too. The techs are always great about recommending the best way to care for tile, carpet, or furniture. No doubt we'll continue to use Zerorez.
No reason, I just don't usually recommend services to people. Oscar was great. It would be nice to know up front how much "other services" are before scheduling a cleaning...You budget for $99.00 and then learn that doesn't really cover everything so you end up spending $193.00 for everything and then need to reschedule in 2 weeks to have other services done because you can't afford it all at once...that's why I don't recommend services. You don't know what you don't know and it seems a little deceptive to me. Maybe in your confirmation email you could send out additional services offered with the price information along with it. Then there is no "sticker shock".

Pricing - I get a quote for 106 end up spending 345 - second time this GM has happened- also need tech to come back he did not black light stain spots after he finished - want to be sure the stains are gone

Service is very good. Technician was knowledgeable and kind. Although spots come back over time, the spot product works for awhile.

Tech was on time, and knowledgeable about carpeting and fibers. I like the slight orange-y smell while the carpet was being cleaned, but left no lingering scent. I tend to be picky and I was 100% satisfied with the service.
