What I like most about Zerorez was the fact that they were Timely and sufficient

Wish I would have paid more attention to the "trouble/traffic areas" being treated more … instead of moving things around while the technician was at our home.
The technician who cleaned.our carpets was great. However we had the protectant done upstairs. Our dog had an accident and there was no difference than before in the cleanup process. The way it was explained it seems it should have been easier to clean up and not have sunk in so much. I was told it would cost over $100 to have someone come out to re-clean the area and see if there was a permanent stain. After paying over $500 for carpet cleaning this just seems unacceptable.

I spend 369 but the only place was super cleaned is my husband walking closet because he charges us extra for heavy traffic area..the rest of the carpets need another company to clean it again..

We are moving into a new home. The previous Owners had several pets and even though the carpet was new we wanted the carpet and tile cleaned. We like that idea of no carpet cleaning residue and have now used your services three times. Joseph was absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to address my concerns and correct them. He was extremely personable and provided splendid customer service and promotion of Zerorez
I know that I am not bringing harmful chemicals into my home when I hire Zerorez.
