The technician arrive on time and did through job clean my air duct, very professional.
The process was done quickly from the time he started until it was dry enough to put furniture back in place. We used a competitor a few years back and it seemed to take days to get dry and even after that we still had wet spots. End result a couple spots where color bled out of the table leg. He was able to get the out this time.

When I called about a couple of spots that I thought needed to be redone, Customer Service was very accommodating and scheduled a return visit to touch up the spots.

I don't want this tech to know I made these comments but wanted your company to be aware.
Overall results were good but would prefer the tech not to keep asking how old my carpet is which is in great shape. also he would not lift the couch himself to put the sliders I provided to slide the small couch away from the wall to clean behind. I had to lift the couch which I did with no problem so he would put the sliders under the legs. he continued to comment he would not lift things which I understand they are not to move heavy or large furniture. I never ask him to lift anything that he should not. I had moved 90% of items out of the room ahead of time so he would not have to move things. In the past none of your tech's have had an issue with handling the couch or a chair that was easy to move.
Nice and clean and the workers were very courteous.

Always professional and often gets out the worst stains. There are just some types of stains that are not removable, yet they are quick to explain why.

Hi! My technician, Steven, was fantastic. We had a room of carpet that was ruined by an elderly kitty, and he explained the science behind what happened and how to fix it. He was extremely thorough and professional.
That said...it has been a week, and now it smells worse that it did before we had the carpet cleaned. Is that normal? I don't want to give Steven a low score, because he did a great job, but I am wondering if the anti-smell treatment he applied didn't work? Steven said that the anti-smell treatment should last 6-12 months. It definitely didn't. Feel free to reach out via email or cell to discuss.
