I thought the price was quite high. I came in under the $99 three room special, but the pet treatment was expensive, which would be fine but it kind of made it smell worse in the master bedroom. I really don't want to pay even more to get it clean. However the kitchen tile is great.

Keep your schedule (they were late to our appointment, it was supposed to be from 3:30-5:30-which is already a pretty wide time frame, and they got here at 6:15).

By the time they got here it was dark outside and in the morning I noticed there was a stain in the carpet that I could not see until the next day with natural light.

I tried to change the appointment (spoke to Dominica) because I thought it would be too dark but they were completely booked for the next week and I had already moved the furniture.

Came very late and argued to increase the number of rooms and increased the price.

Anthony was very efficient. He explained everything. He also was very neat and clean. He had to bring his hose through my Living Room but he made sure that he fluffed the carpet back where the hose had been laying. I appreciated that so much. He even arrived early. With that been said the service was professional, neat, quick, efficient, friendly, and courteous.

The products used are safe for my family and pets. Also, the cleaning power can be seen with the naked eye. My house is always left smelling refreshed.
