The products and services work. The ZEROREZ system is the best carpet cleaning system we’ve ever used. The men you’ve sent to us over the past few years have been high quality, top notch, professionals. We know that we will be taken care of and the job will be done right.
As usual Zerorez did an awesome job I will be using there services again and the employee who did my carpet and couch I will ask that they send him back keep up the good job
I like the product and how it works. I liked the service guy, Dillon, hard working young man. Was professional and pleasant, explained everything about what he was going to do, asked me if I had any questions and made sure before he left that I was happy with the job.

Not a thorough job by employee. I think your technology is not suited to older carpets, with heavier traffic wear. But I'ved hand cleaned many individual spots and had better results, so I know it can be cleaned better. Doesn't look much better than before. You can see some areas where he only ran the machine in a straight line, but didn't cover the width of the area that needed to be cleaned. In some areas, looks like the machine may have deposited dirty water. Spots that weren't there before.
Quality of cleaning has been disappointing on last two visits.
We had our tile and grout cleaned. The serviceman you sent first, Stephen, cleaned to a level of about 50%. As he was leaving, he said it would look better after it dried. I did not. It looked mottled. In some places it looked worse than before it was cleaned. In addition, we later learned, Stephen did not properly seal the floor.
For the call back we got a young man named Justin. He was excellent. He worked hard, communicated well and actually met our expectations (which had been set by your tech named Tristan).
We appreciate that Zerorez "made it right", but why did you put us through the aggravation in the first place? If Justin had come the first time, the rating would have been 9 or 10.

There were a few spots on our tile that were completely missed. Very noticeable when everything dried.
The tech was able to get all of the spots out of my carpet. When he was finished with the carpets they looked new and was soft to walk on. I also had them clean my sofa and two chairs. The colors in the upholstery were fresh and bright again. The tech was very through and cleaned up before he left. I will use Zerorez again.

No chemicals;dependable service
Generally good work. The only exception is there is a large stain in the master bedroom they didn't remove.

Worker too chatty. I don’t like to be call Miss First name removed. I thought I knew my cost but it was a couple hundred more. Kept trying to sell more.
