Your company always does a stellar job at making our carpet look brand new - even though its 25 years old! Technicians are always courteous.
Carpet area near baseboard was not cleaned properly.
Past cleaning by Zero Rez has left the carpet needing to be streatched.
Last week follow up appointment to correct issues was not kept...pushing back to 6pm, so we had to cancel.

I was disappointed that he wasn't able to get up 2 of the stains that I didn't think were as bad as the ones he did get up. But I really appreciated his ability to explain about odors. We seem to be suceptable to treatment put in den. Really is nice to not be embarrassed by our dirty carpets anymore.
Technician was very professional and took the time to explain additional services. He cleaned the carpet thoroughly without rushing.

My carpets look beautiful! & smell fresh! I feel good about the products used on my carpets. Making an appointment is quick and easy. I was sent a call & text to let me know when Zerorez was on their way to my home. The technician who cleaned my carpets was professional, listened to what I wanted, considerate & a very hard working young man.

LOVE YOU GUYS!!! I had an issue with my couch having odor and had zero problem getting y’all out three different times to eventually get it taken care of. Y’all definitely have a “ whatever it takes attitude which is hard to find in this day and age. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.
