The work was good. We have paid $99 for 3 rooms and 100 sq ft of tile. Our bill used to be $110. It was $212. For the same job. Over $100 more. We use Zerorez every year at our home and 3 rental properties. Very disappointed.

I was expecting a cost of $204+ for 3 rooms and 1 hallway. Marcus came in and went around the house with a black light. He then sold us 5 gallon bottles of pet stain remover. He really poured it on, especially in the fourth bedroom (which we never intended to clean this time) and the hallway. He told he was giving us a discount on the pet stain remover, but it didn't seem like a discount. A total bill of $610.00 is ridiculous. And here it is the next evening and the carpeting in the fourth bedroom is still not dry!!! I should have called and talked to a person about the options and potential cost.
