You made my house smell and then wanted me to pay more money to take the smell away! Never will book you or recommend you again.
The cleaned areas STAY clean. The stains don't come back!
I was quoted an exorbitant price for 3-4 rooms with pet treatment!! Who would pay $745.00 to have carpets cleaned in 3 rooms? Not me!! Ended getting your basic service for 1 room, not very much space to clean and took him about 30 minutes for 140.00! Will never do it again, nor will recommend it to anyone else!

Your technician, Trevor, was so nice and explained everything that he was going to do and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning. He was very careful with his equipment and to me that shows what kind of worker his is.
The carpet looks so good after the cleaning and there were not unpleasant fumes and no sticky residue on the carpet. I am pleasantly surprised and will definitely call Zero Rez again.

Carpet was very clean and although I vacuumed two days before and then the morning of, he still got a lot of stuff out of my carpet. He was extremely professional and personable.

Trevor came by to clean the carpet and tile flooring. He confirmed that the work is guaranteed and that I can call him if there are any issues. I was not present when he cleaning the tile, so when I went to the house the following day, I found several areas that were not cleaned properly and the grout was dirty and black. Since then, I have called and texted him several times and he has not returned my calls or responded to my text messages.
Please send someone to clean the area that were not cleaned. The flooring looks worse in many areas as part of the grout is white and part of it is black.

I loved CJ. I told him my budget and he cleaned all he could for the budget I gave him, and came in a bit under. Apparently I have a boy dog that hikes his leg everywhere I can't even see until CJ showed me what boy dog was doing. The whole house has a fresher smell and feel since Xerox cleaned the carpets.
They really wanted our carpets to be clean the right way. Took their time and very knowledgeable about what would be best to clean our carpets. Made them look new again!
Employees showed up on time (early even! they called to make sure this was ok!), they were very polite, professional, quiet (I work from home and have teleconferences daily - they didn't interrupt me at all!), and fast. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.
Carpets smell fresh and puppy stains are gone. Carpets dried fairly quickly. Raymond did a great job and I certainly would request him again.
