Fabian arrived on time; was extremely considerate of my possessions; carefully cleaned all requested areas. He verified each room was cleaned to my satisfaction and he did an excellent job in a timely manner. Zerorez services have been consistently professional. Thank you.

Easy to book an appointment. Gave a 2 hr window. Got a call when the technician was 30 min out. The technician was courteous and efficient

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Stains were still in the carpet after it dried . It only took a couple hours to dry , so I’m not sure what happened. I didn’t notice it when I first looked at it which was my fault for not taking the time to look closer . I felt like I wasted $117 .

At first I was concerned about a couple of pet urine smells that remained (that were my main reason for cleaning and paying extra), but I gave it a few days to dry and break down, and now it seems to be gone.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your technician was exceptionally well mannored, efficient, punctual and informative at all times.
He was concerned over the 7 carped/pet stained spots and informed us it would be $75 per spot. He explained thoroughly, competently and gave us the option on how to proceed.

I had family staying with us for this Thanksgiving holiday. It was important that the guest rooms appear to be clean and ready for them. He was very fast and did a great job!

My disappointments included not honoring the coupon that I had mentioned when I booked your service. The cost was very prohibitive to remove the stains. My husband assured me we could replace the carpet for the two rooms for the same cost. It was still more expensive than quoted on the phone.
