Our technician was wonderful. Our carpets were VERY dirty and he did a great job on cleaning them. He also cleaned the upholstery on our kitchen chairs and they look so much better! He was very courteous and professional. I will be recommending your company to several of my friends!

My carpet has finally dried but it feels crunchy and hard. I assume it’s because the shampoo wasn’t rinsed good?? Not sure.

The person who came to do the job was excellent. He was courteous which has always been important to me and he was willing to do a couple of throw rugs that I had forgotten to mention to the main office. He checked first with office to get quote. I saw a place that needed going over again and he happily complied. A pleasure for us to have ZEROREZ!!

Under the rocker upstairs ...is a black spot from the rocker coils I think. I did not look there until worker-bee had left and wished I had checked it...I would have moved the chair. Thank you for the good work.

Better applications for high traffic areas. The carpet is cleaner, but there is a distinct color difference in the high traffic areas.

The online scheduling app had a statement that excluded the $10.00 fee, yet it was applied by your technician's system on the day of the cleaning. Why is that?

Really enjoyed our Tech, Raymond. He was on time, pleasant and did an outstanding job on our cleaning needs. Raymond also was very detailed in explaining the process and what was going to happen with our rug at the offsite cleaning facility. We look forward in using Zerorez and Raymond again after the Holidays.

It is all natural product and very reasonable. I like how fast the service took to complete and how it made the house smell afterwards.

The worker tried very hard to accommodate my requests not to damage the wood railings on my stairs but because he is working alone, he could not completely control the hoses while inside a bedroom too far away. You need to have two people one to clean the other to work the hoses.

Steve was a good rep. for Zerorez.

One issue. In the bedroom a rug on our carpet left a stain. Steve tried to get it out,
but it did not work fully.
We after noticed it the carpet dried after he left.
We would like to have a "re-do" on this area today.
I will call about 8:00 AM to talk to someone about it.
"Incredible" carpet cleaner, we tried has helped some.
