Ken arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough. I had a staff member request his information to see if she could specifically request him to service the carpets at her house because she was so impressed with his professionalism. He had to focus on one particular and difficult stain and was unable to completely remove the stain, but was apologetic. We did not expect to have success with said stain. Overall, we are very pleased with his service and the carpets look great!
Quick, easy and the house smells great!
Excellent service, on time appointment, friendly and I have clean rugs and a couch. He offered a one time extra cleaning service so I got my stairs done for free. Love Zerorez!

Had you here to get out pet urine. I wound up needing to hire another company after you tried. This second company allowed the solution to sit for 20-25 minutes then brushed it in as well. So you need to either charge less or for that cost allow for the time for the solution to sit. Because now I had to pay twice to get it fixed.

The whole system of cleaning is water based no harsh chemicals or residue left after.
